How does RTT work?

In order to explain what RTT is it is necesary to explain how the mind works. The mind is made up of the conscious mind and the subconscious mind. The conscious mind is the mind that you are aware of, like deciding what food your going to have, what you think about a situation, place or person, what you said and are going to say. Then there is the subconscious mind. That is responsable for the fact that your heart is pumping, your breathing, your organs are functioning and all without you having to think about it, Its automatic. It also holds all of your memories of all of your experiences, and beliefs with out you having to think about them. We are not conscious alot of the time of what is there yet we operate out of the subconscious mind 95 percent of the time. Having automatic responses and reactions according to beliefs we hold in the subconscious. That is why we so often consciously think about something we want to change and keep failing. It is due to the beliefs we have in our subconscious mind that contradict what we want and that we are not aware of.

RTT works by accessing the subconscious mind to help individuals identify and reframe negative beleifs and emotions that may be holding them back and no longer serve them. The beliefs and emotions that may be influencing our current behaviour and perceptions.

During an RTT session the therapist guides the client into a state of hypnosis where they are highly suggestable and are able to access past memories and experiences that may be contributing to their current challenges. The therapist then helps the client reframe these experiences, let them go and replace these negative beliefs and emotions with positive ones.

RTT uses various techniques, including regression, to help individuals to access and reframe past experiences or childhood trauma and programming that may be contributing to their current challenges. Through this process, individuals can gain a deeper understanding of the root causes of their challenges and develope new positive beliefs and emotions that support their goals and aspirations.

RTT is a comprehensive and holistic approach to therapy and it is designed to be a fast effective way to acheive lasting positive change by accessing and reprogramming the subconscious mind. It can help individuals overcome a wide range of challenges and is a powerfull tool for personal growth and transformation.
